ANDREW
Renowned for his culinary expertise from Toronto to British Columbia, Andrew Youngson is a sought-after chef with a passion for bar culture. He makes time for new bookings and brand collaborations amongst a list of elite and influential clientele.
After working in some of Toronto's best restaurants, Andrew relocated to British Columbia and executed award-winning service at Hawksworth, Sooke Harbour House and Farmer's Apprentice.
Andrew spent his last year out west switching gears and perfecting bar and cocktail skills under renowned barman Satoshi Yonemori.

After returning home to Toronto, Andrew earned a position on the management team at Bar Raval, which won 'Best Bar in Canada' and gained global recognition by 'World's 50 Best Bars'.
In 2023 Andrew built first-of-its-kind café & bar experiences across Ontario for Canada's top women's retailer, Aritzia.
He is currently based in Toronto.
